Applications

The Visualizing Multifunctional Thermal Stage was originally designed for the observation of two-dimensional material growth. With further research and development, and the small size, visualisation, high efficiency, multiple atmospheres and other features of the thermal stage, the application areas are expanding and the possibilities are endless.。

Nanosheet Array

As the first customer of Units-tech, the team led by Academician Liu Yunqi and Professor Wei Dacheng from Fudan University proposed a self-anchored van der Waals stacking growth mechanism, enabling the array growth of transition metal dichalcogenide nanosheets.

This work was published in the top international materials journal, Advanced Materials (Impact Factor: 27.4).
