​Units-tech was established in June 2021 with the development philosophy of 'Technique for Advanced Materials.' The company primarily focuses on the R&D of two-dimensional semiconductors and the manufacturing of thin-film deposition equipment. After two years of innovation, units-tech has successfully integrated temperature control, water cooling, gas circuits, and microscopic systems into a visualized multifunctional high-temperature stage, and has independently developed intelligent software. This has gradually enabled the efficient, visualized, and data-driven processing of CVD and other reactions. The equipment is mainly applied in semiconductor-related fields such as materials, chemistry, physics, and microelectronics, focusing on the growth, detection, and in-situ observation of materials like two-dimensional materials, powders, metals, and ceramics. Over the past two years, units-tech has collaborated with over 30 universities both domestically and internationally, assisting more than 40 research groups in discovering and exploring new material domains!
