Us.
Units-tech was established in June 2021 with the development philosophy of 'Technique for Advanced Materials.' The company primarily focuses on the R&D of two-dimensional semiconductors and the manufacturing of thin-film deposition equipment. After two years of innovation, units-tech has successfully integrated temperature control, water cooling, gas circuits, and microscopic systems into a visualized multifunctional high-temperature stage, and has independently developed intelligent software. This has gradually enabled the efficient, visualized, and data-driven processing of CVD and other reactions. The equipment is mainly applied in semiconductor-related fields such as materials, chemistry, physics, and microelectronics, focusing on the growth, detection, and in-situ observation of materials like two-dimensional materials, powders, metals, and ceramics. Over the past two years, units-tech has collaborated with over 30 universities both domestically and internationally, assisting more than 40 research groups in discovering and exploring new material domains!

Nanosheet Array
Academician Liu Yunqi and Researcher Wei Dacheng's team from Fudan University proposed a self-anchoring van der Waals stacking growth mechanism, achieving the array growth of transition metal dichalcogenide nanosheets. This work has been published in the top international materials journal, Advanced Materials.

The research group of Jin Zhang, Vice President of Peking University and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, used the multi-functional thermal stage of UNITS -TECH to build an automated growth platform for carbon nanotubes
The research group led by Academician Zhang Jin at Peking University has developed the 'Peking University Carbon Nanotube Automatic Growth Platform' based on our company's products. This platform integrates four devices to achieve 24-hour fully automated, repeatable, high-quality carbon nanotube production (100 batches per day), significantly increasing efficiency by 10 times compared to traditional tube furnaces. In the future, a high-temperature in-situ Raman system will be coupled to obtain more spectroscopic information, further advancing research on the controlled preparation of CNT materials.
